A most amazing weekend studying the revolutionary InstaRisa full arch digital workflow with Drs. Art Mirelez, Jeff Bynum, Fernando Polanco, Ramsey Amin, Glenn R Justice and David Tawei Ting. The InstaRisa workflow integrates data from proprietary state of the art 3D facial scanner, intraoral scans and CBCT to accurately plan and produce the full arch prosthesis. This process will benefit our full arch reconstruction patients by allowing us to use each patient’s unique 3D facial landscape in addition to existing data to produce world class restorations in a more accurate manner using fewer appointments. We are very excited to bring this revolutionary digital workflow technique to our full arch reconstruction patients, our referring doctors and to our wonderful Frederick community!

This patient has been missing her front tooth since childhood and wore a bridge for many years. She did not have enough bone for an implant to be placed immediately, but with a procedure called ridge augmentation, we were able to grow bone vertically and horizontally to allow for implant placement.
