Erin, originally from Middletown, MD, brings over 18 years of experience in the medical field to our practice. Before joining our team, she built a successful career in medical sales, collaborating with healthcare providers to enhance clinical outcomes in outpatient radiology. Her leadership skills led her to the role of Senior Sales Manager, where she oversaw sales representatives across more than 25 outpatient radiology centers throughout Maryland.

An entrepreneurial leader with a strong background in customer service and business operations, Erin is known for her collaborative, team-driven approach. She is passionate about fostering strong relationships and driving positive outcomes for both patients and staff.

Erin considers her greatest accomplishment to be raising her three amazing daughters. She and her family live in Urbana, MD—a community they’ve long envisioned calling home. Outside of work, Erin serves as a coach for the Urbana Youth Cheer Program and enjoys staying active through Pilates, marathon running, cooking and baking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Erin looks forward to working closely with our clinical team to elevate the patient experience, streamline workflows, and help our practice continue delivering the highest standard of care in periodontics.

Our Patients Love Us!

When you find out that you need unexpected periodontal surgery at 26 weeks pregnant during a pandemic, you tend to panic. Dr. Shoff and the staff at Advanced Implants treated me like family from the moment that I walked in the door. They patiently explained all aspects of my procedure and care in detail, answered all questions that I had, and were extremely considerate of how I was feeling and my needs. Their office was clean, bright, and welcoming. They were flexible in scheduling me early in the morning or late in the afternoon. The entire process, from start to finish, was pain free. I would highly recommend this staff and practice!

A surgical procedure was proposed by another physician and I approached Dr. Towe to see if the surgery was necessary. (second opinion). She concluded that other treatments might be considered prior to the proposed surgery. After a comprehensive evaluation, Dr. Towe implemented less invasive treatments which were sufficient to avoid the proposed treatment. She communicated effectively with my primary dental group so that the needed information was there when I visited them. I recommend this group highly.

The office staff is welcoming and friendly. They always keep me apprised of appointments and other announcements. The dental hygienist is a sweetheart, very informed and concerned for my oral health. So comforting discussing things with her! Dr. Towe is very professional and I am quite pleased with the surgical intervention she did on me. This is a welcoming dental center and the whole operation is well run and not off putting. Highly recommend.

I've had anxiety about having dental work due to previous bad experiences and was very nervous about having this procedure done. However, Dr. Towe and her staff were AMAZING! They explained everything in great detail and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way! They made this the least painful dental experience I've ever had! If you're in need of periodontal work, I highly recommend Advanced Implants and Periodontics! :)

Dr. Towe was recommended by my general dentist, who advised that I needed extensive gum grafting. Dr Towe performed the surgery over a period of 1.5 hours; I found her to be very informative, but especially very kind and gentle. The surgery was highly successful; I healed much faster than I ever could have imagined! I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Towe and her entire staff, and highly recommend her practice for periodontal and implant work.
